Aluminum expanded metal panel for ceiling system

Material Aluminum 1060, 3003, 5005 and 5052.

Thickness: 2.5mm, 3mm are most common, and also 3.5mm, 4mm, 5mm are used .

For wall cladding application, the thickness of aluminum expanded metal had better be larger than 2.5mm.

Surface treatment:

--Anodizing metals: provide decorative and corrosion resistant surface. For building facade use, the color of anodizing had better be natural or silver color.

--Powder coating: The most common finish treatment for building facade use because of its good appearance and high cost effective. The thickness is higher than 60um.

--PVDF coating: provide good ultraviolet-proof performance compared to powder coating and anodizing. There are three coatings totally: first coat, color coat and the finished coat. After coating, the thickness is higher than 35um and the finish shows the metal texture.
